Renewal Process

Renewals are processed on an annual basis. The renewal date for all nodes is on the anniversary of the first nodes’ subscription. It’s crucial to renew before the expiration date to avoid account removal and the need to set up nodes from scratch.

Subscription Details

Renewals are charged at the price in force when the new order is placed1.

The minimum subscription starts at 5 nodes, with the ability to add additional nodes in increments of 5 or more.

Part-year node increases are charged pro-rata, with a minimum cost of 6 months pro-rata.

Renewing your subscription ensures uninterrupted access to VigorACS Cloud features, including device provisioning, real-time monitoring, automated firmware updates, and detailed reporting. It’s essential for maintaining efficient management of your DrayTek network devices.
